Physical
bullying is rarely the first form of bullying that a target will
experience. Often bullying will begin in a different form and progress
to physical violence. The main weapon the bully uses is
their body.
Unlike other types of bullying in schools and workplaces,
physical bullying is easy to identify because the acts are so obvious, physical
bullies tend to demonstrate high levels of aggression from a young age and is more common in boys to use Physical forms of bullying.
Examples of Physical Bullying may include:
- Kicking,
- Punching,
- Hitting,
- Slapping,
- Tripping,
- Stealing or Destroying personal possessions

- Your Parents/Grandparents, your Brother(s)/Sister(s)
- Your Teachers/ School-Counsellor/Chaplain, The school's Principal
- Someone in your life that you really trust
