Minus18 is a not-for-profit Organisation that is based in Melbourne Victoria, Australia. Minus18 aimed at supporting young people who identifies themselves as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersexual, or Questioning and Straight Allies of the community. 

Minus18 also hosts a range of events throughout the year to get people having fun and being social and at the same time getting people to stand up against Homophobia & Homophobic Bullying, to make more of acceptance of the LGBT community in Australia and around the world.
